Full Journal pdf1993-05-08 House Journal Page 1760 SB 84 Representative Brice moved and asked unanimous consent that the reconsideration of the following be taken up on the same day (page 1710): SENATE BILL NO. 84 am "An Act relating to fees for identification cards and certain motor vehicle licenses and permits; to licenses issued to drivers and to revocation of a license to drive; and providing for an effective date." There being no objection, it was so ordered. SB 84 am was again before the House in third reading. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall SB 84 am pass the House?" Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. SB 84 am was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk and returned to the Senate.
